Terms and Conditions for Yula App

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yula mobile application ("the App") provided by Yula ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Use of the App:

a. Yula acts as a platform to connect users with independent service providers. We are not affiliated with any service providers listed on the App.

b. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by service providers listed on the App.

c. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting service providers and for any interactions or transactions with them. We are not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between users and service providers.

4. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yula, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

5. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to access or use the App after any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
